Claudia Reinprecht serves as Head of Tech and Innovation Diplomacy at the Austrian Foreign Ministry and focal point for digital diplomacy and the EU’s Global Gateway. She has served in Vienna, Brussels, Amman, Hong Kong, and Paris, including as ambassador to UNESCO and Consul General in Hong Kong. Claudia holds a PhD in law and an Executive MBA, and her work focuses on emerging technologies, international law, and human rights.
